Esther was born in Nigeria and grew up in Chile. Yet even though this worldly woman’s heart is half French (on her mother’s side) and half Italian (on her father’s side), she was honored to pledge her allegiance to the United States when she declared her citizenship in 2013. Baltimore is Esther’s adopted home where she shares a full life with her husband Jim Givens, their petite pit bull Eva, and their two rescue cats.

Esther is a certified cycling instructor, and she has taught in diverse facilities around the globe since 1997. Nothing makes Esther happier than teaching classes and inspiring her clients.

Nick Miller

Nick is the CEO of Parking Panda and is responsible for driving the company’s strategy and vision.  He graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a degree in Sociology and Political Science.  Nick worked in consumer product at LivingSocial while the company grew from 10 to over 800 employees.  He went on to run consumer products at Crowdtap and Group Commerce, creating and implementing innovative customer facing solutions designed to create a seamless customer experience.  Since starting Parking Panda, Nick has become an industry expert in parking and parking technology and is a frequent speaker at association events like the National Parking Association and International Parking Institute.  He also sits on the board of the Mid-Atlantic Parking Association.

Adam Zilberbaum


Adam is the CTO and technical leadership of Parking Panda.  He has a BS in Computer Information Systems and Business from Towson University.  Before founding Parking Panda, Adam owned and operated his own IT Consulting and Development company, Top Spot Technologies, where he helped small and medium sized business scale their businesses more efficiently.  Prior to this he led the engineering team at GAAP Software, where he developed and scaled complex accounting software solutions for large businesses.  With over 15 years of development experience, he is responsible for effectively scaling Parking Panda’s technology and driving its product strategy.
